As a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) through the International Association of Emergency Managers, she is deeply committed to advancing the field through mentorship, training, and advocacy.

Ingle’s philosophy emphasizes the importance of proactive preparedness and continuous learning. She believes in empowering communities to build resilience against evolving threats.
